With the world rapidly changing we desire for young ladies to be confident in their own bodies, and have a healthy mindset! This workshop focuses on building self-esteem, leadership skills, and fostering positive relationships. Our goal is to create a community of strong, resilient young women who are prepared to make a positive impact in their schools and neighborhoods!
FROM A WOMAN'S POINT OF VIEW
It's true! Young boys need positive male role models, but there are some things, they can learn from a woman. This workshop is geared to helping young men learn what qualities are important to women. Certain music lyrics and videos shouldn't be the foundation they use to search for a young lady. They will have an opportunity to understand what it means to not only be healthy, but value, find, and have a healthy, long-lasting relationship!
